Processing Time
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
Orders placed by 2 PM (Monday-Friday) will be processed on the same day, provided the item is in stock.
Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment at any time.
Special Notes
- Saturday/Sunday: No processing takes place on weekends
- Public Holidays: Shipping is suspended on public holidays
- Large Items: Uniforms and larger items may take 1-2 days longer
