§ 9 Information on the right of withdrawal and instruction:
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments I have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to me. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

c) Payment and fulfillment
You can determine the details regarding payment, delivery and fulfillment yourself, by choosing the payment method and shipping method.

d) Technical steps to conclude the contract/error correction
The contract between you and me comes into being in the following way:
1. You can freely choose from the offer and place goods in the shopping cart by clicking in the "checkbox" next to the product description as a link "to the shopping cart".
2. You can change the content of the shopping cart or empty it completely by calling up the shopping cart menu item in the menu bar. The changes can be made with the mouse.
3. By clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button, you will be redirected to a page showing you the customer information. At the same time, you accept my General Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy, which you can view again at this point.
4. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will be redirected to a page where you can order the goods by entering your name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address and payment method.
5. Here under "Step 3" you have the opportunity again to make changes to your delivery data and payment method. At the end of this page you will find a "Buy" button. If you click this button, you submit a binding declaration to Uwe Sieren Militärische Antiquitäten for a paid order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
6. The receipt of the order will be displayed to you immediately after sending the order via a website. The contract is concluded after acceptance of the order by me. If you select the "back" button instead of the "Buy" button, no contract will be concluded.
