The Army Uniform Eagle (Imperial Eagle with swastika) was the emblem of the German Army and was worn on the left breast of the uniform jacket. The Army Eagle differs from the Luftwaffe Eagle by its characteristic style – with slightly downward-sloping wings and a different eagle head profile. Embroidered Army Uniform Eagles on fabric are rare on the collector's market and highly sought after by Wehrmacht uniform collectors.
