Rare original photo card (AK) of one of the most famous Knight's Cross recipients of the German U-boat navy: Korvettenkapitän Engelbert Endrass (* March 2, 1911, Bamberg; † December 21, 1941, north of the Azores, killed in action) – an authentic contemporary document from World War II.

Engelbert Endrass was a recipient of the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves and was one of the most successful U-boat commanders in the Kriegsmarine. As former First Watch Officer under Günther Prien on U-47, he was involved in the famous sinking of HMS Royal Oak. This photo card is an exceptionally sought-after collector's item for enthusiasts of naval history and militaria.
